PESCIO S.C.A., autorizaci\u00f3n para realizar la explotaci\u00f3n de cantera para la extracci\u00f3n de minerales (piedra de\u00a0 yeso), sobre una fracci\u00f3n de un inmueble de su propiedad denominado como \u201cEstancia Ca\u00f1ada Colorada\u201d, adquirido del Estado Nacional Argentino- mediante\u00a0 Escritura P\u00fablica, ubicado al Oeste de la Ciudad de Malarg\u00fce, inscripto\u00a0 al dominio en el Registro de la Propiedad\u00a0 de Mendoza.<\/div>\n<div>Entendiendo que pudo haber incurrido\u00a0 en acciones que se configuren\u00a0 delitos\u00a0 de acci\u00f3n p\u00fablicas, tales como incumplimiento de funciones y\/u otros, el\u00a0 Honorable Concejo Deliberante aprob\u00f3 la RESOLUCI\u00d3N N\u00ba 193\/2.018.<\/div>\n<div>De este modo, en\u00a0 primer lugar debe remitirse copia\u00a0 del Convenio mencionado a la Oficina Anticorrupci\u00f3n, qui\u00e9n deber\u00e1 elevar dictamen en un plazo no mayor a diez (10) d\u00edas h\u00e1biles respecto de la existencia de eventuales\u00a0 il\u00edcitos; en segundo t\u00e9rmino, Asesor\u00eda Letrada debe revisar el contrato suscripto el cual debi\u00f3 contar con el aval\u00a0 del Honorable Concejo Deliberante y a los fines de proceder al saneamiento de irregularidades el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal deber\u00e1 remitir un nuevo Proyecto de contrataci\u00f3n con la Empresa\u00a0 suscriptora, a fin que se proceda a su evaluaci\u00f3n y aprobaci\u00f3n estableciendo nuevas condiciones, ya que el Honorable Concejo Deliberante entiende que existe en el Contrato suscripto, incumplimientos a la Ley N\u00ba 1079 Org\u00e1nica de Municipalidades.<\/div>\n<div>Marcia Sep\u00falveda Prensa HCD<\/div>\n<div>Foto gentileza<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PIEZA LEGAL: RESOLUCI\u00d3N N\u00ba 193\/2.018 REFERENCIA:\u00a0 REMITIR COPIA DEL CONVENIO CON LA EMPRESA AM PESCIO S.C.A POR EXTRACCI\u00d3N DE MINERALES Y LAS PRESENTES ACTUACIONES A LA OFICINA ANTICORRUPCI\u00d3N DEPARTAMENTAL APROBADA: 28-06-2018\u00a0 Seg\u00fan fundamentos de la Pieza Legal aprobada el 28 de junio p.p., bajo un Convenio firmado por el Ex Intendente Municipal Contador Juan Antonio [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":8838,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[52,29,33,51],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-8837","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-gacetillas","category-lesgilacion","category-prensa","category-resoluciones"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.10 -
