INDEMNIZACI\u00d3N, AL DEPARTAMENTO EJECUTIVO MUNICIPAL, POR NO CORRESPONDER A LA \u00d3RBITA Y COMPETENCIA DEL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE, RESOLVER CAUSAS ADMINISTRATIVAS.<\/p>\n<p>APROBADAS: 28-06-2018<\/p>\n<p>Las causas (Expediente\u00a0 N\u00ba 4.181\/2.017) corresponden al\u00a0 \u00a0Sr. Julio Jos\u00e9 Fern\u00e1ndez y al Sr. Carabajal Mario Ignacio (Nota HC-511) quienes manifiestan que a ra\u00edz de los reclamos indemnizatorios presentados al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, los mismos se encuentran en Oficina de Contadur\u00eda y en estado de resolver;\u00a0 peticionando al Cuerpo de Ediles\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">se emitan los pertinentes despachos. Seg\u00fan la pieza legal\u00a0 aprobada el pasado 28 de junio,\u00a0 el<\/span>\u00a0asesor legal\u00a0 solicit\u00f3 los Expedientes completos, a fines de poder emitir un dictamen m\u00e1s amplio,\u00a0 lo que no se\u00a0 pudo obtener pese a los requerimientos efectuados.<\/p>\n<p>Por todo ello y\u00a0 seg\u00fan\u00a0\u00a0lo prev\u00e9 el Art. 105 inc. 17,\u00a0 Ley 1079 Org\u00e1nica de\u00a0 Municipalidades, resulta\u00a0 de competencia\u00a0 originaria del\u00a0 Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal el conocimiento\u00a0 y la resoluci\u00f3n de las causas administrativas, ejerciendo el Honorable Concejo Deliberante competencia\u00a0 solo en grado de apelaci\u00f3n de las Resoluciones\u00a0 emitidas por el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, el Cuerpo aprob\u00f3 las Resoluciones N\u00ba 194\/2.018 y 195\/2.018<\/p>\n<p>De este modo el Cuerpo de Ediles remiti\u00f3\u00a0\u00a0las actuaciones del Sr. Julio Jos\u00e9 Fern\u00e1ndez Expediente N\u00ba 4.181\/2.017 Indemnizaci\u00f3n y del Sr. Mario Ignacio Carabajal\u00a0 Nota HC-511- Indemnizaci\u00f3n,\u00a0 al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, por no corresponder a la \u00f3rbita\u00a0 y competencia del Honorable Concejo Deliberante, resolver causas administrativas.<\/p>\n<div>Marcia Sep\u00falveda Prensa HCD<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RESOLUCI\u00d3N\u00a0 N\u00ba 194\/2.018 REFERENCIA:\u00a0 REMITIR\u00a0 LAS ACTUACIONES DEL SR.
