La Direcci\u00f3n de Ambiente ser\u00e1 la encargada de la escombrera y otorgar\u00e1 permisos y autorizaciones con condiciones m\u00ednimas de seguridad y\/o resguardo del material a acumular.<\/p>\n<p>La Direcci\u00f3n de Ambiente adem\u00e1s, proceder\u00e1 a verificar la infracci\u00f3n, por medio del Cuerpo de Inspectores Ambientales quienes labrar\u00e1n el Primer, Segunda y \u00faltima Acta de Inspecci\u00f3n e implementar\u00e1n las actuaciones correspondientes, a fin de ejecutar la multa equivalente al doble del valor que se debi\u00f3 abonar por la autorizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La Direcci\u00f3n General de Rentas y\/o \u00c1rea que cumpla con funciones similares, proceder\u00e1 al cobro de la multa correspondiente. En caso de no cumplir con lo establecido se proceder\u00e1 al retiro y acarreo de los residuos \/materiales informando tal situaci\u00f3n a la Direcci\u00f3n de Rentas.<\/p>\n<p>La ordenanza municipal adem\u00e1s autoriza a la Direcci\u00f3n General de Rentas de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce, a imputar multas en la cuenta del frentista, cuyo monto ser\u00e1 equivalente a 5 (cinco) litros de nafta de la mejor calidad y valor m\u00e1s elevado en el mercado.<\/p>\n<p>Respecto a los costos de retiro y acarreo, la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce proceder\u00e1 a aforar en la respectiva cuenta del frentista\/contribuyente el equivalente a 40 litros de nafta de la mejor calidad y valor m\u00e1s elevado en el mercado por cada viaje realizado, requiriendo el pago de la multa m\u00e1s los costos de retiro y acarreo establecidos, ante la incomparecencia de los infractores o su negativa al pago y agotadas todas las instancias posibles se autoriza a la Direcci\u00f3n General de Rentas a gestionar el pago por V\u00eda de Apremio.<\/p>\n<p>Ser\u00e1 el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal quien deber\u00e1 recepcionar las denuncias de los vecinos que constaten cualquier tipo de infracci\u00f3n a la Ordenanza aprobada.<\/p>\n<p>Marcia Sep\u00falveda\/\/ PrensaHCD<\/p>\n<p>Foto:\u00a0http:\/\/seryhacerdemalargue.com.ar\/<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PIEZA LEGAL: ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1.938\/2.018 REFERENCIA: MODIFICATORIA DE ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1.912\/2.017 &#8211;
