Nota del Sr. Jorge Quiroga, quien solicit\u00f3 respuesta por habilitaci\u00f3n de Casa Moro y la nota \u00a0HC306 \u2013 2.018 elevada por la Directora Direcci\u00f3n General de Rentas Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce, y considerando lo expuesto en reuni\u00f3n del d\u00eda 2 de julio\u00a0 de la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda, Presupuesto, Legislaci\u00f3n y Asuntos Constitucionales al Sr. Jorge Quiroga, los Concejales aprobaron la RESOLUCI\u00d3N N\u00ba 222\/2.018<\/p>\n<p>De este modo, el Concejo Deliberante solicit\u00f3 al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, que a trav\u00e9s del \u00c1rea que corresponda, proceda a adquirir un medidor de decibeles a fin de constatar incumplimientos de la Ordenanza N\u00ba 942\/1.999, en todos los establecimientos habilitados como Boliches\u00a0 &#8211; Bares y dem\u00e1s, que generan ruidos y\/o vibraciones, procediendo a constatar el cumplimiento o no de la misma.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00a0Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal mediante el \u00c1rea que corresponda, deber\u00e1 adem\u00e1s confeccionar un informe de las inspecciones realizadas en los establecimientos mencionados, ya que se han detectado incumplimiento en las habilitaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente y a los fines de dar soluci\u00f3n a lo planteado, se solicitar\u00e1 a la Direcci\u00f3n de Diversi\u00f3n Nocturna de la Provincia tenga a bien remitir informe a este Honorable Cuerpo adjuntando copia de las inspecciones realizadas en el Departamento de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>Marcia Sep\u00falveda\/*\/PrensaHCD<\/p>\n<p>Foto:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Casa-Moro-Club-House-433409960155684\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Casa-Moro-Club-House-433409960155684\/<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PIEZA LEGAL: RESOLUCI\u00d3N N\u00ba 222\/2.018 REFERENCIA:\u00a0 SOLICITAR AL DEPARTAMENTO EJECUTIVO MUNICIPAL, QUE A TRAV\u00c9S DEL \u00c1REA QUE CORRESPONDA, PROCEDA A ADQUIRIR UN MEDIDOR DE DECIBELES APROBADA: 12-07-2018 Una vez analizada las Notas HC 218 \u2013 2.018.
