INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL LA\u00a0 DESADJUDICACI\u00d3N DE LOTES BALD\u00cdOS\u00a0 ENTREGADOS\u00a0 PARA\u00a0 CONSTRUCCI\u00d3N\u00a0 DE VIVIENDAS Y QUE NO HAN\u00a0 SIDO UTILIZADOS.<\/p>\n<p>AUTOR: CONCEJAL RODOLFO CABEZA \u2013 BLOQUE JUSTICIALISTA FPV<\/p>\n<p>APROBADA: 19-07-2018<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>Ante la existencia de personas que no pueden acceder a un terreno en forma\u00a0 privada,\u00a0 la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce, a trav\u00e9s de la radio difusi\u00f3n\u00a0 local y a modo de propaganda, comunica que se est\u00e1n entregando\u00a0 lotes a personas necesitadas para edificar sus\u00a0 viviendas, lo que despu\u00e9s, de manera muy dif\u00edcil, engorrosa y con\u00a0 gran demora, se puede lograr.<\/div>\n<div>Pasado el tiempo, se observa gran cantidad de lotes bald\u00edos en la Ciudad, a disposici\u00f3n de personas que no han invertido en los cierres perimetrales ni en la construcci\u00f3n de la vivienda motivo por el cual fueron otorgados,\u00a0 contribuyendo\u00a0 en forma\u00a0 indirecta a fomentar el comercio\u00a0 ilegal de terrenos p\u00fablicos.<\/div>\n<div>Por ello y con el fin de\u00a0 aplicar una nueva pol\u00edtica de desadjudicaci\u00f3n de terrenos,\u00a0 el Honorable Concejo Deliberante de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce en uso de las facultades que le son propias, requiri\u00f3 al Sr. Intendente Municipal que en forma inmediata proceda\u00a0 a\u00a0 desadjudicar\u00a0 los terrenos entregados\u00a0 oportunamente\u00a0 y que a la fecha\u00a0 no han\u00a0 sido utilizados\u00a0 por los adjudicatarios.<\/div>\n<div>Adem\u00e1s solicit\u00f3 que\u00a0 a trav\u00e9s del \u00c1rea de Catastro de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce, se proceda a readjudicar\u00a0 los lotes a personas que se encuentren\u00a0 con todos los tr\u00e1mites\u00a0 administrativos municipales en condiciones y\u00a0 a espera de un\u00a0 terreno\u00a0 p\u00fablico.<\/div>\n<div>Marcia Sep\u00falveda PRENSA HCD<\/div>\n<div>Foto dise\u00f1o- MDZ Prensa HCD<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PIEZA LEGAL: RESOLUCI\u00d3N N\u00ba 235\/2.018 REFERENCIA:\u00a0\u00a0REQUERIR AL SR.
