{"id":9513,"date":"2018-08-03T11:01:38","date_gmt":"2018-08-03T14:01:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=9513"},"modified":"2023-04-25T11:39:51","modified_gmt":"2023-04-25T14:39:51","slug":"ordenanza-pro-vida-concejales-de-malargue-aprobaron-la-creacion-del-area-de-proteccion-de-la-mujer-embarazada-y-del-nino-por-nacer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=9513","title":{"rendered":"ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1.944\/2018- CONCEJALES DE MALARG\u00dcE APROBARON LA CREACI\u00d3N DEL \u00c1REA DE PROTECCI\u00d3N DE LA MUJER EMBARAZADA Y DEL NI\u00d1O POR NACER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/pdf\/On%201944%202018%20Crear%20el%20Area%20de%20Proteccion%20de%20la%20Mujer%20Embarazada%20y%20del%20Nino%20por%20nacer.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7950 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"77\" height=\"77\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG.jpg 512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 77px) 100vw, 77px\" \/><\/a>PIEZA LEGAL:\u00a0ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1.944\/2.018<a style=\"font-size: 14px;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/martin.palma.526\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>REFERENCIA: CREAR EL \u00c1REA DE PROTECCI\u00d3N DE LOS DERECHOS DE LA MUJER EMBARAZADA Y DE LOS NI\u00d1OS POR NACER<\/p>\n<p>APROBADA: 02-08-2018<\/p>\n<p>02-08-2018 El d\u00eda jueves 2 de agosto,\u00a0 se llev\u00f3 a cabo una nueva sesi\u00f3n en el Concejo Deliberante y estuvieron presentes los Concejales: Ra\u00fal Rodr\u00edguez, Rodolfo Cabeza (Bloque Justicialista FPV), Jos\u00e9 Barro, Paola Jofr\u00e9, Daniela Favari (Somos Mendoza), Mauricio Mart\u00ednez, Juan Manuel Ojeda, Martin Palma Paola Paleico (Bloque Cambia Mendoza) y, presidiendo la 18\u00ba Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del periodo 2018, el Sr. Fernando Glatigny.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"HCD Malarg\u00fce  MALARG\u00dcE PRO-VIDA  DERECHOS DE LA MUJER EMBARAZA Y DEL NI\u00d1O POR NACER 1-\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/sxPUnaMnNJg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>En este marco, los Se\u00f1ores Concejales dieron por aprobada la Ordenanza &#8220;<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Derechos de la mujer embaraza y del ni\u00f1o por Nacer&#8221;, pieza legal que nace del seno de la Comisi\u00f3n\u00a0de Educaci\u00f3n, Higiene, Moralidad,\u00a0 Acci\u00f3n Social y Cultura, que mantuvo reuniones con diferentes asociaciones\u00a0de San Rafael y Malarg\u00fce\u00a0 por el tema\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Necesidades de optar por la Vida \/Debate sobre despenalizar el aborto.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">El texto aprobado, cuyo\u00a0\u00a0esp\u00edritu es la convicci\u00f3n de que el aborto no es una soluci\u00f3n para la mujer, sino que constituye una grave lesi\u00f3n a su salud f\u00edsica\u00a0 y psicol\u00f3gica, tiene como objetivo principal la protecci\u00f3n\u00a0integral de dos sujetos de derechos que gozan de la dignidad de seres humanos,\u00a0 por tanto son objeto de un cuidado especial por parte\u00a0del Municipio.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Con un total Tres\u00a0 Cap\u00edtulos\u00a0 y\u00a0 diecisiete\u00a0 art\u00edculos\u00a0 el Concejo Deliberante de Malarg\u00fce se expres\u00f3 a favor de la protecci\u00f3n de\u00a0 la mujer embarazada y del ni\u00f1o por nacer, entendiendo esto como &#8220;todo ser humano desde el momento de su concepci\u00f3n, es decir desde el momento de la fecundaci\u00f3n del \u00f3vulo hasta el de su efectivo nacimiento.\u00a0 La pieza legal ademas reconoce\u00a0 el derecho a la vida, a la salud, a la dignidad, a la igualdad de oportunidades, sin discriminaci\u00f3n y a la asistencia medica.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de la ordenanza\u00a0 se establece ademas la creaci\u00f3n de \u00c1rea de Protecci\u00f3n de la mujer embarazada y del ni\u00f1o por nacer, dependiente de la Direcci\u00f3n de Desarrollo Social de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce. El \u00e1rea estar\u00e1 a cargo de\u00a0 un Jefe que ser\u00e1\u00a0 designado por el Intendente Municipal, y\u00a0 compuesta por\u00a0 cuatro profesionales, cuya designaci\u00f3n\u00a0 ser\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de la\u00a0 Direcci\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos\u00a0 de la Municipalidad: un m\u00e9dico, un trabajador\u00a0 social, un psic\u00f3logo\u00a0 y un abogado, a fin de lograr un abordaje\u00a0 interdisciplinario.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00c1rea de Protecci\u00f3n de la Mujer Embarazada y\u00a0 del Ni\u00f1o por Nacer trabajar\u00e1\u00a0 \u00edntimamente vinculada con los\u00a0 Centros de Salud Municipales y Provinciales.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"HCD Malarg\u00fce - MALARG\u00dcE PRO-VIDA  DERECHOS DE LA MUJER EMBARAZA Y DEL NI\u00d1O POR NACER -2\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ROCb6de7JSw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Respecto al Sistema de Protecci\u00f3n que ofrecer\u00e1 el \u00c1rea, la Ordenanza establece que inmediatamente de conocida la situaci\u00f3n, el \u00c1rea de Protecci\u00f3n de la Mujer Embarazada y del Ni\u00f1o por Nacer, tendr\u00e1 una entrevista personal con la mujer y tras una encuesta ambiental del trabajador\u00a0 social, en caso de ser necesaria se decidir\u00e1\u00a0 en el t\u00e9rmino de veinticuatro (24 hs) la inclusi\u00f3n o no de dicho caso en el Sistema de Protecci\u00f3n que ofrece el \u00e1rea.<\/p>\n<p>El Sistema de Protecci\u00f3n otorgar\u00e1 las prestaciones b\u00e1sicas, que\u00a0 podr\u00e1n\u00a0 ser brindadas\u00a0 por los mismos profesionales que componen el \u00c1rea o por derivaci\u00f3n a otras entidades o profesionales.
