N\u00b0 4.406-HC-280-2.018, proyecto del Edil \u00a0juan Manuel Ojeda del Bloque Cambia Mendoza y considerar el robo de hidrocarburos en la zona de Pata Mora y la necesidad de generar infraestructura y presencia\u00a0 estatal en la zona lim\u00edtrofe de la Provincia de Mendoza y la Provincia\u00a0 de Neuqu\u00e9n, a fin de garantizar la seguridad de los ciudadanos argentinos en dicho lugar, el Cuerpo de Concejales aprob\u00f3 la RESOLUCI\u00d3N N\u00b0 229\/2.018<\/p>\n<p>Mediante la Resoluci\u00f3n se solicit\u00f3 al Ministerio de Seguridad de la Naci\u00f3n, emplace\u00a0 una Fuerza Federal Nacional\u00a0 Gendarmer\u00eda Nacional con todas sus especialidades en la zona de Pata Mora, en la Provincia de Mendoza de \u00a0 forma permanente con patrullaje hasta la Localidad de Ranquil Norte, Departamento de Malarg\u00fce, Provincia de Mendoza.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9519\" src=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/2013-06-18-TanksRollingDownGalleRoad-300x188.jpg\" alt=\" FUERZA FEDERAL, GENDARMER\u00cdA NACIONAL EN PATA MORA Y RANQUIL NORTE.\" width=\"683\" height=\"430\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/2013-06-18-TanksRollingDownGalleRoad-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/2013-06-18-TanksRollingDownGalleRoad-343x215.jpg 343w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 683px) 100vw, 683px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se solicit\u00f3 al Ministerio de Seguridad de la Provincia de Mendoza, eleve la solicitud a las Autoridades Nacionales pertinentes, a fin de lograr emplazar en el Sur de la Provincia de Mendoza en\u00a0 el Paraje de Pata Mora, Fuerzas Federales.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado al Ministerio de Energ\u00eda se le \u00a0solicit\u00f3 que emplace una Oficina de la Direcci\u00f3n de Hidrocarburos dependiente\u00a0 del Ministerio de Econom\u00eda, Infraestructura y Energ\u00eda, con una planta de personal que cuente\u00a0 con\u00a0 Inspectores que recorran la zona para realizar los controles adecuados, a los fines de determinar la existencia de robo de hidrocarburos.<\/p>\n<p>Marcia Sep\u00falveda &#8211; Prensa HCD<\/p>\n<p>Foto Gentileza\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/fdra.blogspot.com\/2016\/06\/fuerzas-especiales-spezialeinsatzkomman.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/fdra.blogspot.com\/2016\/06\/fuerzas-especiales-spezialeinsatzkomman.html<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PIEZA LEGAL: RESOLUCI\u00d3N N\u00ba 229\/2.018 REFERENCIA: SOLICITUD\u00a0 AL MINISTERIO DE SEGURIDAD DE LA NACI\u00d3N PARA LOGRAR SITUAR UNA FUERZA FEDERAL, GENDARMER\u00cdA NACIONAL EN PATA MORA Y RANQUIL NORTE.
