{"id":9584,"date":"2018-08-07T12:36:54","date_gmt":"2018-08-07T15:36:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=9584"},"modified":"2018-08-07T12:52:26","modified_gmt":"2018-08-07T15:52:26","slug":"repudio-al-decreto-que-privatiza-una-actividad-especifica-del-estado-nacional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=9584","title":{"rendered":"REPUDIO AL DECRETO QUE PRIVATIZA UNA ACTIVIDAD ESPEC\u00cdFICA DEL ESTADO NACIONAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/pdf\/Rn%20261%202018%20%20Repudiar%20el%20Decreto%20N%20794%202017%20por%20el%20cual%20se%20crea%20la%20Empresa%20CORREDORES%20VIALES%20SA.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7950 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"106\" height=\"106\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG.jpg 512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 106px) 100vw, 106px\" \/><\/a>PIEZA LEGAL: RESOLUCI\u00d3N N\u00ba 261\/2.018<\/p>\n<p>REFERENCIA: REPUDIAR EL DECRETO N\u00ba 794\/2017 POR EL CUAL SE CREA LA EMPRESA CORREDORES VIALES S.A.<\/p>\n<p>AUTOR: CONCEJAL RODOLFO CABEZA\u00a0 &#8211; BLOQUE JUSTICIALISTA FPV<\/p>\n<p>APROBADA: 26-07-2018<\/p>\n<p>La Resoluci\u00f3n, firmada por el Presidente Mauricio Macri, el Jefe de Gabinete Marcos Pe\u00f1a y el Ministro de Transporte Guillermo Dietrich, establece como objetivo de la nueva sociedad an\u00f3nima la realizaci\u00f3n de tareas de \u201cconstrucci\u00f3n, mejora, reparaci\u00f3n, conservaci\u00f3n, promoci\u00f3n, ampliaci\u00f3n, remodelaci\u00f3n, mantenimiento, operaci\u00f3n, financiaci\u00f3n, administraci\u00f3n, explotaci\u00f3n y prestaci\u00f3n de servicios al usuario\u201d en rutas, autopistas y caminos de toda la red vial de jurisdicci\u00f3n Nacional.<\/p>\n<p>So se aplicaran a \u201cCorredores Viales S.A\u201d las disposiciones de la Ley Nacional de Procedimientos Administrativos N\u00b0 19.549, del R\u00e9gimen de Contrataciones de la Administraci\u00f3n Nacional (Decreto 1023), de la Ley Obras P\u00fablicas N\u00b0 13.064, los empresarios podr\u00e1n sortear las licitaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s y seg\u00fan aparece en la Pieza legal aprobada, \u201cCorredores Viales S.A\u201d, \u201cmantendr\u00e1 con su personal una vinculaci\u00f3n laboral de Derecho Privado\u201d, los trabajadores perder\u00edan sus beneficios actuales para pasar bajo la \u00f3rbita de un convenio privado, es decir las empresas privadas no solo usufructuar\u00e1n las ventajas de Vialidad Nacional, sino tambi\u00e9n se quedaran con sus trabajadores, no asegurando que mantendr\u00e1n la misma dotaci\u00f3n; adem\u00e1s los bienes que integran el patrimonio de Vialidad Nacional, comprendido de inmuebles, oficinas, maquinarias, etc., pasar\u00e1n en propiedad a la nueva sociedad privada.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, y entendiendo todo como la \u00a0privatizaci\u00f3n de una entidad hist\u00f3rica de derecho p\u00fablico administrativo. \u00a0El cuerpo de Concejales de forma un\u00e1nime aprob\u00f3 la pieza legal que repudia el Decreto N\u00ba 794\/2017 del Gobierno Nacional por el cual se crea la Empresa CORREDORES VIALES S.A, cuyo capital accionario ser\u00e1 un 51% del Ministerio de Transporte y 49% de Vialidad Nacional.<\/p>\n<p>Marcia Sep\u00falveda \u2013 Prensa HCD<\/p>\n<p>Foto Gentileza<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ambito.com\">\u00a0www.politicargentina.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PIEZA LEGAL: RESOLUCI\u00d3N N\u00ba 261\/2.018 REFERENCIA: REPUDIAR EL DECRETO N\u00ba 794\/2017 POR EL CUAL SE CREA LA EMPRESA CORREDORES VIALES S.A.
